Our Story

As told by Founder & CEO Joseph Westerberg

Since 1994, Pacific VoiceWare has been providing voice files for clients, both big and small. I started the company while working as the Radio & TV voice for Universal Studios Theme Parks in Hollywood, California and Orlando, Florida. First I recorded a few voice mail greetings for family and friends and then their friends. One day somebody asked if I could provide a female voice so I added Tricia to my talent roster. Tricia has been with me since 1995.

We have clients who have used her voice or my voice for more than 20 years! Eventually, I created a Website to help market our services. Soon I added Spanish and French Canadian, our most common foreign language requests. Additional male and female voices were added. We were even involved with a project that required the production of over 600,000 voice files. Our voices are now heard on telephone systems around the world.

But customer service remains an integral part of what we do. When you contact Pacific VoiceWare, you’re contacting me. I take pride in responding to my customers’ emails in a timely manner and will answer their calls myself whenever possible. Our turn-around time is amazing. While some of our competitors may take as long as a week to deliver voice files, we can usually deliver the next day if not same day! Try us out! If you like us, tell your friends about us!
